Introducing the new look, new name, and new future of Immigrant Connections!

In 2017, Gardner & Associates was created to improve the lives of immigrant children and families by helping educators, social workers, and other professionals better serve this population through training, coaching, and consultative services.

In these last few years we partnered with school districts across the country to help build their capacity for family engagement, particularly with English Learners and immigrant families, and developed cultural proficiency and equity initiatives aimed at “fixing systems” and not “fixing students.”

With a renewed focus on connections, the company has grown to helping more professionals meet the needs of immigrants, refugees, and English Learners in school districts and organizations across the country, leading to the new name: Immigrant Connections.

Immigrant Connections focuses on engagement, education, and building bridges every day.

The original logo carried the company from a dream to a reality. The new logo represents community engagement, bold ambition, and the drive to improve the lives of immigrants, refugees, and English Learners as well as those who serve them.

The new branding represents change and a renewed focus on working together. Gardner & Associates is changing because meeting the needs of immigrants, refugees, and English Learners in school districts and organizations is critical for our democracy and progress as a nation.
